Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Your Unique Arms™ product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Your Unique Arms™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Your Unique Arms™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Your Unique Arms™ shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Your Unique Arms™ without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
HOW MUCH ARE TAXES?
Sales taxes will be collected from customers residing in Texas or North Carolina, where Your Unique Arms™ has a nexus.
MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Generally uncommon in nature, it does happen from time to time. An instance may occur when a package might end up missing, stolen, or damaged from the delivery address. All Packages are shipped fully insured. The manufacturer is responsible for everything up to the point of shipping. Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (usually FedEx, UPS or USPS) to deliver it safely and in a timely manner to the FFL’s address you provided.
Both Your Unique Arms™ and the manufacturer are NOT responsible for the following conditions:
- Incorrect address being input by customer during order
- Missing or Stolen package when the order shows delivered
- Damage to goods during shipping or delivery
You can be assured that our manufacturers apply great care to make sure your items are properly packaged for shipment to your FFL. In the event of a damaged parcel, the delivering carrier needs to be notified upon receipt of any problems. We recommend each receiving FFL take a picture of any damaged packages PRIOR to opening. A signature confirmation by the FFL will be required for each order.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
We will start to process your order as quickly as possible, in most cases is immediately upon receipt of order and payment, except for weekends and Holidays. From the time you place your order with Your Unique Arms™, you will normally have a 30 – 40-minute window to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. Any orders within this window will NOT be billed or processed.
Please call or email our customer service dept: at (214) 515-0505 and email: service@youruniquearms.com. Also, please save any communications for your records. Any order placed with a confirmed shipped status can NOT be cancelled or refunded at that time. At Your Unique Arms™, we will do our best to catch or stop any order in which a customer wishes to cancel. Please call our customer service dept. for the recommended action on your part. Any order in which a customer wished to cancel but shipped, we recommend that the intended FFL recipient refuse the package upon arrival.
At that point, the item will be returned back to the manufacturer’s corporate office. Upon the package arrival, Your Unique Arms™ will process a full refund minus shipping charges as a result of said shipment and refunds will be initiated back to your original payment method.
RETURNS:
We will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund 14 days after delivery of the product. At Your Unique Arms™’ discretion if after the 14 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. All returns must have the Order Number for the purchase item included with your return. Please contact us at service@youruniquearms.com should you have any questions. Items must be in “New, in original packaging, unmarked, unaltered and unused condition.” Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Without showing any signs of wear or damage in any way, packaging remains intact
- Within 14 days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
- Must not be a special order or a custom order. (Special or custom orders will be replaced if found to be defective)
Any item marked or sold as a closeout, discontinued, blemished or special sales event which may show “All Sales Final” cannot be returned.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately by phone or email. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Your Unique Arms™ is NOT responsible for refunding or exchanging products sold by another competing company.
There is only a 10% restocking fee for returned items that are returned for refund due to mis-purchased or change of mind.
Exchanges, you bet. Please note there may be a small reprocessing fee (shipping) which should accompany your returned item. Please contact us prior to your return for an accurate total.
You MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to us. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Please note: Shipping and Handling fees are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If Your Unique Arms™ is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order.

WARNING:
Your Unique Arms™ strongly recommends that any and all firearms accessories or components be installed by a certified armorer. Firearms are technical and intricate systems. Improper installation of accessories may result in a dangerous malfunctioning condition which may cause damage to the firearm, serious injury or death to the shooter or other persons. By purchasing from our website, the purchaser acknowledges, understands and accepts full responsibility of his or her actions.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Your Unique Arms™’ products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Your Unique Arms™’ products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Your Unique Arms™’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Your Unique Arms™ may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Your Unique Arms™ or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

By purchasing items sold by Your Unique Arms™, buyer assumes responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws & regulations; buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Your Unique Arms™ for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, sale of or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State and Local laws & regulations.
