How do I create an account?

    1. Click the “My Account” link at the top right side of our site.
    2. Enter your email address.
    3. Select “I am a new customer.”

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.  Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.  Please view our Privacy Policy for more information

How do I edit my account information?

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site.  Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Forgot your password? Click here.”  That link will send an email to you with your password.

Is it legal to purchase a gun online?

Yes, it is perfectly legal to purchase a gun online.  It is by no means “shady,” and millions of people buy online every year.  There are very specific legal steps to follow.  Click ““Buying a Gun Online” and look at everything you need to know to buy your first gun online.

Is each Pistol Made in the U.S.A.?

Yes, every collectible gun offered by Your Unique Arms™ is 100% Made in the U.S.A. Additionally, the gun case together with optional accessory optics and flashlight are Made in the U.S.A.

Where are the gunsmiths and craftsmen who make each pistol?

The gunsmiths and craftsmen of Cosaint Arms in E. Flat Rock, North Carolina make each pistol under Greg Mooney’s care and supervision.

From where does my pistol ship?

Each pistol ships directly from Cosaint Arms in E. Flat Rock, North Carolina.

Is this collection ready for immediate shipment?

Yes, more than one year in the making, all 75 pistols are ready for immediate shipment.

Can I choose a serial number between 1 and 75?

Yes, subject to prior claim of a particular serial number, you may claim a number between 1 and 75.  If no preference is stated, pistols will be shipped in the order of ascending serial numbers.

Can I claim the same serial number for future Collections?

Yes, when you purchase from Your Unique Arms™ and until you cease purchasing, you will have the right to claim that same serial number between 1 and 75 in the next sequential Collection.  Thus, you can boost your total collection of unique pistols with your foresight to claim and purchase one unique serial number, which repeats in each sequential Collection.

How can I prove my pistol is one of a kind and part of a collectible Limited Edition?

A Certificate of Authenticity is included with each collectible firearm.  Each Certificate is signed by Greg Mooney, designer of the Collection and CEO of Cosaint Arms.  Each Certificate includes representative images of the collectible firearm.  Each Certificate is assigned a unique Certificate Number and cross-references that unique Serial Number of a Limited Edition pistol.

A signed, detailed Certificate of Authenticity helps collectors immensely when it comes to tracing your firearm’s history and proving it is part of a Limited Edition.  That being said, retaining your Certificate of Authenticity can increase the value of your unique, collectible firearm.

When will you release more identical Collections?

There will be different future Collections; however, Your Unique Arms™ will never again authorize the manufacturing of arms with specifications as defined in this Exclusive Limited Edition.

Additionally, Cosaint Arms has agreed to preserve authenticity by never again manufacturing a firearm with specifications and serial numbers as defined in this Exclusive Limited Edition.

What are my shipping charges?

All shipping charges are FREE to the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Your Unique Arms™ will not ship or export firearms or firearm accessories outside of the U.S.

Do you ship to all 50 states?

At this time orders will not be accepted from customers in California, New York, or Massachusetts unless for Law Enforcement purposes/use.

Do you ship to my address or only to an FFL?

We will not ship firearms directly to you.  All orders must be shipped to the physical address of a registered dealer or gunsmith having a Federal Firearm License (“FFL”) and located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia.  At this time orders will not be accepted from customers in California, New York, or Massachusetts unless for Law Enforcement purposes/use.

It is your responsibility to contact your designated FFL Dealer to confirm their policies, procedures, and any applicable fees they may charge.  Nearly all dealers will accept a transfer for you.  They will perform all the required background checks and paperwork for your area and charge a transfer fee of around $25.00 – $50.00.  If we already have your dealer’s license (FFL) on file, there is no need to resend it with each order.

When will my order ship?

All 75 guns in any Collection have been made to quality standards and are available for immediate shipment.  Each firearm will ship within 24 hours following receipt of payment and confirmation from your designated FFL to accept receipt.  All firearms are shipped by FedEx for next day delivery – FedEx Air.  You and your FFL will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped followed by tracking information within 12 hours of shipment.  All packages are fully insured.  All shipping charges are FREE to the customer.

Can I have my pistol delivered on a Saturday?

Yes, if your FFL is open, accepts deliveries and processes transfers on Saturday.  Your order must be placed between Thursday at 1:00 pm EST and Friday at 12:00 noon EST.

To find out if FedEx offers Saturday delivery to your area, call 1-800-872-2725.  You will need Cosaint Arms’ place of Origin zip code handy, 28726, and your FFL’s Destination zip code as well.

Has my order shipped?

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your orders status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to view orders you have placed.  Then click the “Change quantities / cancel orders” link to find and edit your order.  Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

You and your FFL will receive regular tracking updates.  Additionally after placing your order, you may click “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order.

This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.

Do you sell any of my personal information to other companies?

No.  We never have and never will.

What are my payment options?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.  Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Your Unique Arms™ only accepts online electronic payments with your option as follows:

All transactions are authorized for the full amount at the time an order is placed.

We do not ship COD at this time.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in either Texas or North Carolina where Your Unique Arms™ and Cosaint Arms have a nexus.

I am tax exempt and live in Texas or North Carolina.  Can you work with me?

Yes, tax-exempt customers located in or shipping to either Texas or North Carolina, Your Unique Arms™ must have a copy of your Sales/Use Tax Exemption Certificate Form on file before you place your order as we are required by law to collect sales tax at the rate effective at the time the order is processed.  We are unable to refund sales tax collected on sales prior to receiving the signed Exemption Certificate.

What is an eCheck?

An eCheck, also known as an electronic check, internet check, online check, or direct debit, is a digital representation of the traditional paper check.  The echeck has been around for quite a while.  Two common uses for echecks are when employers directly deposit wages into an employee’s bank account and when the IRS issues a tax refund.  Many people use electronic checks to pay bills online.

eChecks work the same way as paper checks in that they transfer money from one entity to another.  However, the payment is made through the Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Network.  No paper changes hands, so it’s much faster and less expensive.  Once an online customer selects the option to pay by echeck, they enter in their bank routing number and checking account number.  The payment gateway for that merchant transmits the encrypted information to an electronic check acceptance service.

One of the main benefits of echecks is speed of the transaction.  It no longer takes days for a check to clear, as the approval process is done entirely electronically.

Is my eCheck transaction secure?

Yes.  With online fund transfers, electronic encryption is used to help prevent fraud and data theft.  Immediate payment by transferring funds electronically is safer than a paper check, since there is no document that gets handled, and far fewer individuals have access to account information.

Fraud detection, ongoing security monitoring, and activity tracking are just some of the features of eCheck payments.

Is my credit card transaction secure?

Yes.  Your connection to your-unique-arms.mybigcommerce.com is protected by SSL encryption on every page, meaning any information transmitted from your browser to youruniquearms.com is encrypted.  Additionally,our system does not store credit card information, meaning there’s no way for your credit card information to become compromised.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to review your orders.  You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records.  If you have questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to print invoices.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order because your firearm will ship within 24 hours following receipt of your payment and confirmation from your designated FFL to accept receipt.  All firearms are shipped by FedEx for next day delivery – FedEx Air.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7 – 10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Additional payment security information:

Your Unique Arms™ does not accept credit cards issued outside of the United States and Canada.

For your security, Your Unique Arms™ reserves the right to decline any transaction if we are unable to verify payment or if fraud is detected.  If an order cannot be completed due to payment not being able to be verified, we will cancel your order and attempt to send notification by email that your order could not be completed.  The details of cancellation are not included in the email notification to better ensure security and privacy.
